1. What Paypament Methods do we support?
We support payment by Credit Card, Western Union, Paypal and Bank Wire Transfer.
Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard)
Please make sure that your billing information submitted to us corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Billing and identity information submitted to us that is inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order.
Please note that credit card payment cap is $600(USD). If your order amount is larger than this amount, we suggest you pay by Western Union or Bank Wire which you can enjoy more discount.
Western Union
We provide additional 10% order discount for Western Union payment method.

Bank Wire Transfer
We provide additional 5% order discount for Bank Wire payment method.
We will send you relevant bank account information to help you make the payment. Please contact us if you have not received order confirmation email within 24hours.
Paypal
Please state your verified Paypal account when placing your order. We will send you the payment request accordingly.
2. Is it safe to make payment by my credit card?
After you place the order, the web page will redirect to a safe third party payment interface (128 Bit Encryption) if you select credit card as the payment method. It is absolutely safe for all your information.
3. I'm a new customer, what payment method is better for me?
Most customers have some concern when they place their first order from us. In this case, we suggest you pay by Credit Card or Paypal. However, most old customers will choose to pay by Western Union that is more cost efficient.
4. How long to confirm my payment?
For Credit Card payment, it needs upto 24hours.
For Western Union, it needs upto 12hours.
For Bank Wire Transfer, normally it needs 2-3days.
For Paypal, it needs upto 12hours.

Shipment FAQs

1. How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping by EMS for orders larger than 400 USD.
For small orders, we calculate the shipping cost by different country, products and shipping method. The shipping fee will be between 0 and 90 USD.
2. How long does it take for shipment?
Normally the orders will be processed within 2 days after payment confirmed (Bulk orders may need more time).
It needs 4-7 days to ship to most countries. It would be a little delayed for some reasons such as festival season (Xmas, New Year etc), bad weather of destination, heavy traffic etc.
3. Do you deliver to P.O boxes?
Yes, we do deliver to P.O Boxes as well.
4. How discreet is the package, will people know what is inside or what was purchased?
All our products are sent 100% discreetly. There is no mention of the product anywhere on the box.
5. Is there insurance on the package when shipped?
Delivery is 100% guaranteed. As such, in the event of failure of delivery, we will reship the product to you, and will not charge you a second time.
6. Is it safe for customs clearance?
Yes, we have our special ways for customs clearance. It is absolutely risk free for you.
7. Do I have to pay any other fee for custom duty?
All Parcels will be marked as "Gift" or "Samples" to avoid custom duty, but customer will be responsible for the charges if there is any.
8. What if the package is missing or is damaged when I receive it?
If your merchandise is missing or is damaged when you receive it, please contact us and notify us of the situation, we will ship another merchandise to you once we receive back the damaged one.
9. How can I return the parcel if not satisfied?
Please contact us within 3 days after you received the parcel. We will provide you the relevant address information for exchanging or returning.
